Marshall Lee Toomey (b. Kansas City, MO, 1953) is a celebrated visual artist whose career spans 45 years in the animation industry followed by an award-winning fine arts career. His animation work includes contributions to iconic films such as Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King (notably animating Rafiki), The Hunchback of Notre Dame (animating Quasimodo), and serving as Artistic Supervisor for several major feature films, concluding with Space Jam 2.
