Out of concern for the health and safety of our patrons, staff, and artists, we have decided to postpone the Fortunate Son CCR Tribute Concert originally scheduled for tonight, Wednesday, May 20, at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center.
The continuing unpredictability of the Sandy Fire and the resulting poor air quality in Simi Valley make it potentially unsafe to be out in the community at this time. The safety of our SVCAC family, onstage, behind the scenes, and in the audience, will always be our top priority.
We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding and support during this emergency.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the firefighters, first responders, and emergency personnel working tirelessly to protect our community.

Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center Fortunate Son – Creedence Clearwater Revival Tribute

Since 1994, Brad Ford has starred as John Fogerty, pioneering the ultimate Creedence Clearwater Revival Tribute: FORTUNATE SON. This show quickly became known as "THE PREMIER" act celebrating the music of CCR & John Fogerty and was singled out by AXS-TV’s hit show “World’s Greatest Tribute Bands” for which the band performed their show, live from Hollywood and broadcast to millions of viewers. The longest-running tribute to CCR, FORTUNATE SON continues to perform across America, Canada, Europe, and Asia rocking fans around the globe with timeless hits like BORN ON THE BAYOU, GREEN RIVER, BAD MOON RISING, LODI, LOOKIN’ OUT MY BACKDOOR, PROUD MARY, CENTERFIELD, HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE RAIN and so many more.
Tickets are $48 for Adults, $40 for Seniors 60 & Above and Students and $38 for Children 12 & Under. Please note there is a $3 per ticket processing fee for all tickets whether purchased online or in person at the box office.
