Enjoy a full day of live music and dance performances, cultural showcases, art activities, local vendors, delicious cuisine, and interactive experiences for all ages. From traditional folklórico and mariachi to contemporary performances and hands-on crafts, the festival highlights the beauty, diversity, and creativity that shape Hispanic heritage.

The Hispanic Heritage Celebration and Festival will be juried! Please read below for details. Please join us this year as a vendor for the Hispanic Heritage Celebration and Festival! We are looking for Arts & Crafts Vendors of Hispanic and Latin American Origin showcasing handmade crafts, artwork, jewelry, clothing, and more! Please fill out the application to be considered and to participate on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 10am - 4pm. Please note that all vendors must have a Pop Up with weights, Vendor Check-in and set up times are 7:00 am - 9:00 am. This will be a juried show - vendors will be notified if they have been selected to participate. Incomplete Applications WILL NOT be considered.

ABOUT THE JURY PROCESS: Excellence for any art show is largely determined by the quality, range and originality of the art selected. The Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center is privileged to jury art from artists in our region with a panel of appointed SVCAC panelists! This “blind” jury sees only the images that the artists submit. Each artist submits three digital images of their work and one of their booth presentation.

The jurors will meet as a group to officially score the artists’ work. Cumulative scores of each artist are tallied and those with the top scores in each of the 15 media categories are invited to the show. A wait-list of artists is also created for consideration in the event of artist cancellations. THIS IS A JURIED EXHIBIT | Please make sure you upload the required materials and that your images focus on highlighting the quality of your work. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Applications will open on June 1st! Just click on the Vendor Applications tab to apply or click the links below. There is no fee to apply. This is a juried show, so if you are chosen as a vendor, you will be asked to confirm your spot by making your booth payment prior to the deadline.

COST BREAKDOWN FOR VENDOR BOOTHS:

  • Arts & Crafts Vendors | $75 for a 10x10 booth space (2 booths, $150 | 3 booths, $225)
  • Open Food Vendor | $150 for 10 x 10 booth space + Health Dept Fee for Open Food Vendor Permit (TFF1 or MFF)
  • Prepackaged Food Vendor | $75 for 10 x 10 booth space + Health Dept Fee for Prepackaged Vendor Permit (TFF2)
  • Non Profits | FREE for 10 x 10 booth space (spaces are limited, so please apply early)

Vendor Guidelines & Selection Criteria

All products must be handmade by the vendor.

We are looking for Arts & Crafts Vendors of Hispanic and Latin American Origin

Work must demonstrate excellence in craftsmanship, consistency of style, and strong presentation (Please submit good quality images of your work, this is the first impression of what you do)

Booth setups must be professional and aesthetically pleasing - Vendors who do not submit a booth shot risk not being considered - Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Vendors are responsible for their own booth materials, tables, chairs, and displays.

The Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center believes that these criteria, combined with the thoughtful work of our jurors, contribute to a high-caliber show!

If selected, SVCAC will contact you regarding payment in order to confirm your booth space.

The first round of Jury letters for all vendors will go out by Saturday, July 10th . Once submitted after July 1st, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. 📌 Payment is due upon receipt of juried letter to confirm your spot.
